SWEET POHA
Ingredients:
1 cup - poha
1/4 cup - jaggery
1/4 cup - coconut shredded/dessicated
1 tsp - cardamom
1/4 cup - jaggery
1/4 cup - coconut shredded/dessicated
1 tsp - cardamom
Method
- Soak poha for 15-20 mins.
- Drain completely by squeezing out the excess water.
- Put in a bowl and add the jaggery, coconut and cardamom.
- Mix well and serve.
Note: This is a nutritious snack which requires no cooking. Fried cashew nuts can be added , if required.
